"By seeing Chidambaram, by being born, in Tiruvarur, by dying in Kasi, or by merely thinking of Arunachala, one will surely attain Liberation." - Arunachala Mahatmyam.
Goosebumps!
Not many got the privilege of carrying ardhanareeshwarar.
Gives Darshan to devotees only once in a year on deepam day and that too for 5 minutes only,
There is a reason we are still the lone civilisation still thriving despite vicious attacks by the Abrahamics.
Our devotion and hindutva is embedded deep in our DNA.
The entire temple town of Tiruvannamalai celebrating with fireworks!
One gets liberated if they get the darshan of Chidambaram or takes birth in Tiruvarur or dies in Kasi. All these three may not be possible for everyone but one gets liberated with a mere thought of Arunachala. Such is the greatness of Tiruvannamalai.

As the Deepam is lit on the holy Arunachala hill...the air is filled with the chants of "Haro Hara!"
